Accessibility Statement
This statement applies to the website of Cenova Austria.
Accessibility Status
We strive to make this website accessible. The requirements of the Austrian Accessibility Act (BaFG, implementing EU Directive 2019/882) and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA are largely implemented.
This statement is based on a self-assessment of 12 October 2026: an automated check with axe-core (phone and desktop view, after scrolling through each page) and a keyboard operation check.
Motion and Animation
Running animations – such as the LED wall at the top of the home page or the live demos – can be stopped at any time with the “Pause motion” button in the footer of every page; the setting is kept for later visits. If “Reduce motion” is enabled in your system settings, these effects are switched off from the start.
Known Limitations
The 3D product views and the three-dimensional camera demo are visual illustrations; all product information is also available as text. The LED wall at the top of the home page is decorative. If you encounter barriers, please contact us.
Enforcement Procedure
If your feedback is not answered satisfactorily, you can notify the competent market surveillance authority, the Federal Office for Social Affairs and Disability (Sozialministeriumservice), of possible infringements (§§ 21 and 35 BaFG). It examines the notification and tells you in writing within eight weeks whether it opens proceedings (§ 35(3) BaFG).
